The Shine experience

Shine is all about networking and connecting people, and our interior schemes have been designed to maximise this. More relaxed and comfortable than formal and stuffy, we’ve blended high quality furniture in chilled-out spaces with quirky bespoke pieces designed to provoke and inspire. Shine provides two types of office space; self-contained serviced offices for established businesses and shared office space for growing businesses.

Serviced offices

We have only 3 serviced offices remaining, from 200sq ft to 630sq ft. All offices are light, bright and airy and  retain many original features, such as high ceilings and large sash windows. Offices are carpeted and painted in neutral tones ready for you to create your own unique space.  Free wi-fi is provided throughout the building and personalised reception and answering services.

Shared offices

If you're looking to accommodate between one and three people, our shared offices could be the perfect space for you. We can offer you 50 sq ft of space per person in an open-plan environment and designated desks and chairs, storage, lighting, phones, internet access, a shared reception and access to secure parking. It's a great value, out of the box solution.

Virtual office

Present a professional image without the cost of an office, using our professional Answering Service.  Our team is on hand to answer your calls in your company name and forward on the message direct to your chosen email or phone, as requested.  Service is provided from £59+VAT per month.

Use our business address service to provide a business address at an impressive location.  Come in and pick up your mail from your personalised secure mailbox or have your mail forwarded.  Service is provided from £15+VAT per month.

You can also impress your potential clients by meeting in one of the various free meeting spaces in Shine.
